Children's Festival needs art work!

Call for submissions from all schools, clubs and groups!

Belfast Children’s Festival needs artwork! Has your group created any great art projects that you would love to show off to thousands of people at the upcoming Belfast Children’s Festival 23 May – 1 June?

If so, blow off those cobwebs and send us a couple of photos of the project (it can be visual arts, film, poetry or photography) along with a completed form by the deadline: 25 April 2008. It’s as simple as that and we are not asking for you to create new work!

More of it than we think 2 will be a multi-artform exhibition showcasing the wealth of creativity carried out by children from schools, community centres and groups across Northern Ireland. Selected by competition, a variety of the best quality and most original will be exhibited as part of the More of it than we think 2 exhibition at the Belfast Children’s Festival.

The exhibition will run across all the festival venues including the Waterfront Hall, Old Museum Arts Centre and the Black Box from Friday 23 May – Sunday 1 June.

To enter the competition just complete and return an application form with photographs of the group artwork on CD or colour print out by deadline - 4pm on Friday 25 April 2008.
