Making your mark II coverYou've undergone the training and acquired the knowledge, now take the learning and apply it in a practical way.

Making Your Mark II builds on the phenomenal success of the event in November 2004.

It will help you to develop the personal confidence and skills necessary to provide effective leadership for your team and organisation. The conference will provide a bridge between formal learning and actual application. As before, it will seek to inspire and empower you to move to the next stage of further personal and professional development.

The conference begins with a networking breakfast and registration from 8.00am. The morning programme will commence at 9.30am and will feature inputs from keynote speakers with smaller, issue focused, workshop sessions in the afternoon.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The conference is specifically designed for participants in the NICVA Management Development Programme. It will be of benefit to anyone who has recently undertaken formal management development training and a limited number of places will be available to participants from outside the NICVA programme.

WHY ATTEND?
This conference will: build your confidence to lead in your organisation and the community; encourage you to make a difference regardless of your management level and give you the opportunity to network with other voluntary and community sector managers.
