Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action is registered as a company limited by guarantee in Northern Ireland (No 1792) and is registered as a charity for tax purposes with the Inland Revenue
The Sector Skills Development Agency is being replaced by a new UK Commission for Employment and Skills from 1 April 2008. The Sector Skills Development Agency (SSDA) currently underpins a network of Sector Skills Councils. These will be unaffected by the change.
